We require a two night minimum stay, and a three night minimum over certain holidays and events.
Please contact us by calling 518.863.8013, or by emailing email@example.com. To complete a reservation, we require a 50% deposit via credit card. A receipt and confirmation will be promptly emailed with your reservation details. A reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
Should you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, please do so as soon as possible. We require 14 day advance notice of your arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit (minus a $25 cancellation fee per room reserved). For cancellations within 14 days of your reservation, no refund can be issued. Within 3 days of the arrival date, you are responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to re-rent the room. Late arrivals & early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to the same policies.
Certain times of the year allow us to be more lenient on the policy, and we may be able to issue you a credit toward a future stay at our discretion. We do need to maintain a business policy, even in the event of poor weather or last minute problems or circumstances.
Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please call ahead to arrange for a later arrival.
Check-out is 11 am.
For the comfort of all of our guests, we cannot accommodate pets or smoking. Guests will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for disregarding this policy.
Guests will be billed for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
Owners are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of property.
We ask all guests to be quiet after 9pm.
The Inn is designed to provide a serene, luxurious getaway for adults. With this in mind, we welcome mature children above the age of 16. However, the rooms cannot accommodate rollaway beds. We recommend our sister property, The Orendaga on Northville Lake, for families.
